A road called Hastings was vacated to the back of the property on both tracts of land G1 and G 2 and a 50 foot screening easement (green belt)was put in its place as noted on the plat. Note # 5 to the left of the plat map. The city council said they would remove it because the tracts could be part of a large Commercial develpment possibly in the future as Knik Goose Bay Corridor develops, see those documents on home page. The 10 foot utility easement that ran by the road was vacated as shown on the new plat map. We gained a vacated road and 10 more feet of  land to build on all along the back of the property up to that screening easement. You can now build up to that new screening easement that is in place of that old road where you couldnt before because of road sett backs.  We gained a privacy buffer(green belt) between neighboring tracts and gained more land to build on by removing the road sett backs.

Tract G 1 Commercial Land  is located at approx Mile 2 on the corner of  S. Knik Goose Bay Road and W. Minnetonka street in the Wasilla City Limits in a high traffic, high visabilty area.

This 4.08 acre tract of land (Tract G 1) has its own  corner and is across the street from a church and other businesses and the very busy Edlund Road turn off which goes to the very populated Fairview Loop area. Just across street from the  Endeavor Corner and an easy walk from the bike trail on the Minnetonka side.  The little divit in the front of this tract belongs to the church across the highway.  Its a low spot on the tract and has no access to it from any direction.  It's a great buffer but you still have tons of visabilty being above it on higher ground and the corner belongs to tract G-1  "PERIOD".
